1921 MICHIGAN plate. Not a restoration, repainted wrong color. Still, a solid plate. Measures approx.13 1/2 x 4 1/2
Seems that there was an attempt at a restoration, but an ill-advised color choice was detected and attempts were made to clean off the paint by force! Looks like a scraper was used to peel off the red and it mostly just made a mess. They covered it with a clear to prevent rust and that may have been the best decision they made. The plate is nearly without rust under the paint and would make a nice starter for a quality restoration is you have the skills. The plate is mostly flat, with only a small twist and suffers from no extra holes.

Domestically this plate alone CAN be shipped First Class, but will be without the automatic insurance normally found on Priority Mail packages.
