    Welcome to my store! Up for bid tonight is a single precanceled stamp from the 1908 issue. It is the 15 cent light blue Washington stamp, perf. 12 with a precancel of CHICAGO ILLINOIS. This particular stamp has no bars in the precancel, just the city and state. The PSS catalogue does not list this denomination without bars!
