This is for a Lot of Pre-owned Xfinity Home Security Items.  You are getting a
Set of 4 wireless each battery operated door window sensors that are in good condition with a tiny amount of speckle white paint hear and there that can be cleaned off, also getting a Visonic wireless battery operated Next Plus K9-85 SMA Motion Detector
that runs on (1) 3V lithium battery
CR123A NOT included, and a
outdoor sign made of hard plastic, shaped like a rounded edge square sign and measures 9" by 9".  Has 2 holes drilled into it so you can screw it to a metal pole, wood pole, fench, and 2 smaller screws come with this.  It does not have the original metal pole it came with.
It is in good condition for the age and being outdoors in all kinds of weather including snow, and does have some wear as you can see in the pictures.  These where ours and we have switched to a different security system
