    Description

    Early 20th Century Rare Find 1908 US Stamp #322 Washington 2c Two Cent Used High CV. Found in lot of stamps as is. Surprised when I found no place in album for it.
    Suspected the top had been cut, but the only issues with a flat bottoms are 319d, which would be sad, since that issue is was more valuable, or a booklet single, but those would have an adjacent flat edge. Check the photos yourself. The stamp measures 24mm top to bottom. If someone cut both edges it would measure 22mm. Shipped with USPS First Class. Will combine shipping on same day auction wins.
