Service Signals is published by the Buick Service Department in Flint, MI and is part of the BEST Program. This issue is 16 pages, contains info on Best Technician Don Beeson, BEST awards, BEST Tech Service Bulletin on the 1971 Buick Max Trac System, Energizer, tech tests, a visit with A.W. Joyner in Florence SC, the 1971 Opel and some recipes for the "Buick Girls". Nice shape from long term storage, small nick on right side of the cover. Nice addition to your automobile ephemera collection.
