    Description

    Here is a VF used Deep Green & Black Franklin with nice centering.
    This stamp appears to be mint no gum, but I think it has a very light cancel that seems to be partially removed.... therefore used.
    The 2021 Scott Specialized catalog has this used stamp priced at .00.  I try to grade stamps as best I can, but I'm no expert.  Be sure to check the "Conditions" above.  As always, if I missed something or you "JUST DON'T LIKE IT", just send it back and I'll send you a full refund with "no questions asked".
