vintage A.R.L.E. French shoe buckles

Description

Very nice pair of ARLE, made in France, shoe buckles. Markings are very visable. The buckles are in great shape.  One of the rivets is no longer where it belongs but it does not deter from the elegance of these works of art.  Please look at pictures.  and ask questions if you want any more details or pictures.  thank you
