    Vintage Black Wool/Felt Spats
    Up for your consideration are a vintage pair of black spats with a leather strap.  There is not a size listed.  They measure 10" at the leg opening and are 9-1/2" at the leg bottom.  They are 4-3/4" high.  They appear unused and come from a smoke free home.
