    This is a rare, vintage promotional 1.75" diameter pinback button for iconic signer/musician and former Velvet Underground member Lou Reed, and his album "Rock And Roll Heart."
    Button dates from 1976, and was an official promo special sent to press and retail by Arista Records in the US.  Excellent overall condition as shown.  Hard to find item sent to music industry insiders only.  This is not a reproduction or recent copy, this is an original, vintage artifact.
